OsmoCalc is a tool designed to estimate the osmolarity of Total Parenteral Nutrition solutions.
It takes into account macronutrients and major micronutrients and is specially optimized for Pediatrics and Neonatology.
It gets estimates of +/- 50 mOsm/L in the range of typical values, without constant or proportional deviations from real osmolarity measurement, which makes it a useful application for clinical decision making.
